Fall Pilgrimage

Hey Everyone,
Fall Pilgrimage has begun. Many tours of homes available. Some not available otherwise.
3 House tour is $24 per person, 4 house tour is $32 per person, individual tickets can be purchased for Longwood, Stanton Hall and Rosalie for $8 each if purchased with a tour package, regular price is $10. Tickets can be purchased through the Natchez Pilgrimage Tours at the Visit0rs Center.

Natchez Little Theatre presents Fauntleroy Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday at 8pm. Sunday October 15th at 2pm. Tickets are $15 per person.

Amos Polk's Voices of Hope Evening Entertainment
Dinner at the Carriage House at Stanton Hall and a Gospel Concert on the Grounds
Dinner at 6:45 Concert 7:30-8:30 pm $31 per person

Bisland House Bed and Breakfast still has room openings $125 per night plus tax, includes full breakfast.

We can arrange for a historic Natchez tour by carriage ride to be picked up from Bisland House
$20 per person.

First Friday Events October 2, 2009
Planned movie is North and South in honor of Patrick Swazey who starred in the film, filmed in Natchez.

First Friday September 4th, 2009

Hey everyone, First Friday will be a fun night this month. Brandon McCranie will be our musical entertainment sponsored by Dr. Doug Smith of the Eye Center of Natchez. Music starts 6 pm on the corner of Main and Commerce. More music on Franklin, I'm not sure where yet. Shops open until 8pm with art exhibits throughout. Free refreshments at our Main St. and Franklin St. stores. Movie is 1000 Men and a Baby, with Gerald McCraney and Richard Thomas. I've seen this movie awhile back and it's a good movie and great family movie. Movie starts after 8pm when it gets dark. Bring your chairs and snacks or rent a chair for $1. We will have popcorn and refreshments for sale to benefit Natchez Downtown Development. Hope to see you there.
Fall Pilgrimage is coming up. Sept. 26-Oct 10 Bisland House still has openings.

Upcoming Events

First Friday August was alot of fun. Movie was the Pink Panther with Steve Martin. Next first Friday will be Labor Day Weekend. Alot of events around Natchez that weekend. This weekend I will get the information together for the upcoming events the next few months. Stay Tuned.

First Friday August 7, 2009

Friday August 7th, tomorrow, is going to be a great event. Artwalk starts at 6pm with Main St. and Franklin St. shops open late until 8pm. Refreshments will be served in each shop, special sales, and various artist displays throughout. Look for the white balloons to see who is open. There will be music in several locations on Main St. and Franklin St. At 8:30 the big screen will be up for this months movie night. Movie night has been changed to Friday nights. Bring your chairs and snacks, or rent a chair and we'll have hot dogs, popcorn and drinks for sale. Located at 100 block of S. Commerce. All of this is free to the public. Come out and join us for some family fun.
